The False Corridor Method

I am gonna be starting a video series, where I start breaking down the various mechanisms and strategies that the lower mind and the collective unconscious or the collective shadow uses to try to keep people in suffering and in stagnation. But before I start this series.

You first have to understand what the lower mind is, the way that it kind of works, and it's very important to understand that the lower mind or the kind of lower energies, the shadow that we hold within, it goes a bit beyond just simple, innocent, bad habits like on one end, at the end of the day, the shadow, it is our own bad habits. It is the contractive invitations that we keep buying into.

And it does serve a purpose. The purpose of the shadow and of the lower mind is that it shows us our own negative energy patterns, the, the own negative habits that we harbor within. It shows them to us for the purpose of them being transmuted and healed. But the distinction that is quite important to make is that

the lower mind or the shadow, or these kinds of low frequency energetic parasites that are within everybody's structure to varying degrees. They actually do have an intelligence of their own. They have a kind of external intelligence. Which is doing absolutely everything it can to maximize contraction and to maximize suffering, because that's what these lower frequencies, these lower energetic parasites feed off of.

They feed off of pain and suffering and fear and contraction. And this is why you have the atrocities in our world that we have, because a lot of times in spirituality and in non-duality, a lot of teachers will kind of try to make it seem like we live in this like perfect God's world and like all suffering is for the purpose of awakening.

And it's all like just absolutely perfect. And again, in a way it is because ultimately energy is never created or destroyed. And so no matter how much suffering you go through, it can always be healed and transmuted. And God or the infinite being will always make up for the suffering that anyone goes through.

Like ultimately nothing is lost. And the deeper you go into contraction and suffering, the more opportunity there is because that's more energy for you to transmute into light, into wholeness, and that's just a bigger wave for you to ride into expansion. But the problem with just kind of saying that it's like, oh, we live in God's world and all suffering is for the purpose of awakening.

It doesn't really answer the question of why we have things like torture and warfare, predators, human trafficking, kidnapping, you know, all of the horrible things that take place on this planet every single day. It doesn't really answer the question why those exist, because those are not necessary for awakening.

You don't need to be tortured or human trafficked or abused as a child in order to awake. Like it doesn't have to be that way, but the reason that it is that way in this world Is because as Ramana Maharshi describes it, this world, it's a kind of overgrowth. And what's happened is the collective unconscious has overgrown into this kind of

external intelligence, this collective fear-based entity, which is, it's actually unconscious. It's not aware of what it's doing, but it's a kind of mechanism. It's a kind of autonomous mechanism, which is feeding off of pain and suffering, and all it knows is fear and pain and suffering. So it does absolutely everything it can to maximize that

as much as it can. And that's why you have the atrocities in this world that we have, because it's not like that in other worlds. Like it's there, it is like that in some very certain, low frequency, like hellish type realms, but in most worlds and realms the animals don't eat each other and like, like, uh, like there's not things like torture and kidnapping and trafficking and child abuse, like that is just not a normal thing and it's not necessary for evolution of consciousness.

And this understanding is actually touched on in a lot of traditions. It's touched on in the gnostic concept of the demi urge, the Christian concept of Satan or the adversary. It's touched on in Eckhart Tolle's insight of the pain body. David Bingham's insight of the Dualistic Central server. A Course in Miracles touches on it when it talks about how

the ego and the ego's entire purpose is to obstruct our view from God. It's touched on in Buddhism with the concept of Mara and, in Hinduism with the concept of Maya. But it's been a very

overlooked idea. And it's also touched on in the concept there's many ideas of kind of evil entities or energetic parasites, which feed off of pain and suffering. It's all extensions of this. But it's important first of all, do not turn this into a scary thing. Like, 'cause the, the first thing that happens when people hear about this is it sounds very scary and it sounds like, oh no, like we're in this evil world and we're being hunted by these evil things.

And so we need to be really scared. But don't turn it into a scary thing because first of all that urge to be afraid and to go into contraction. That's actually coming from the lower mind. That's coming from the shadow. And second of all, it's nothing new. This has been happening your entire life.

Like this is the reason why we have pain and suffering in this world because we have these lower entities, which are doing everything they can to perpetuate contraction and suffering. And ultimately, again on one end, it is evil in the sense that it's responsible for all the evil, horrible things that happen in our world.

But in another sense, it's not evil in the way that your mind will try to label the word evil. Like what evil really means is confusion. It's it's distortion, it's lack of understanding, like what the demi urge or the collective shadow. Or these like evil fear-based entities are. They don't know what they're doing.

They're more like scared, angry, confused toddlers that are just, they don't know what to do. So they're just smashing buttons and wreaking mayhem because they have this feeling of lack. They have this feeling of missing something because they're cut off from God. And so because they have this perpetual loop of lack.

They're eternally looking for fulfillment in all of the wrong ways, and so they become stuck in this loop of feeding off of energy because you have to feed off of energy when you're not connected to the eternal source of life itself, which is God, which is, the infinite being. And so these things are not really something to fear or be afraid of.

It's more of something to pity because they know not what they do. And if they did know, they wouldn't do it. And ultimately

if you're a spiritual person and you're watching this, the reason you're into spirituality and you're into this kind of thing is because you're a lightworker. You're someone who came to this planet, to this kind of dark realm for the purpose of transmuting it, for the purpose of healing these things and for the purpose of holding light and sovereignty.

So it's not something to be afraid of. And it's all opportunity. It's actually fun. It's, I mean, it's horrible in a way, but really it's fun. It's more like a video game and we're here to beat the bad guys, but you don't beat the bad guys by fighting them or wrestling with them or labeling them evil and this horrible thing.

You beat the bad guys. By actually not fighting them. By loving them, but not loving them in a personal kind of way. Loving them with impersonal love. Unconditional love, which means to be grounded in the isness, the effortless being, your kind of higher consciousness, which allows all and which doesn't react to life from fear and lack and negativity.

Um but it is kind of like that old thing, like there's kind of an old tale of like when the child is scared of the monster underneath its bed, or the child has like a bad dream of a monster. The father tells the child, instead of running from and hating the demon, hug it and love it and show it openness and welcomeness, and that's how the demon is actually transformed and healed.

But. Yeah. Again, you don't need to go digging for these things or anything like that. It's just, I just say that to make the distinction that it's important not to go into fear or reactivity around this, because that just comes from the shadow that just comes from the lower entities, but it is also important to understand this fact because it explains why our world is the way that it is, and it explains why we fall into the traps that we do and

we, it seems like life is kind of like bumpy and up and down and like, um, not just like better and better and better, because the thing is life is supposed to be like better and better and better, like life is supposed to be this endless evolution of progression and growth and beauty and inspiration and just

endless, endless life, endless unfoldment, endless evolution. And there's still challenges and things, but there's a difference between kind of healthy challenges which support growth versus the fear-based destructive challenges and the atrocities that happen on this planet, um which don't really support growth, which are like things like murder and the other things that I

described earlier, but so in this series, I'm going to be breaking down many of the main strategies and mechanisms that the lower mind or the demi urge or the shadow, whatever word you want to put to it, I'll probably mainly refer to it as the lower mind or the shadow. I'm gonna be breaking down these main strategies that the lower mind uses to perpetuate suffering and to try to hijack and distort our movements of progression and unfoldment and ascension and evolution.

And the one that I'm going to be talking about in this video is the False Corridor Method. And the false corridor method is a strategy that the lower mind loves. And

to introduce this method, I'm gonna give you a sort of fictional example from history, but it actually has happened, in some ways. It's a common method in warfare, and, and it plays out in different ways. But I'm gonna give you a sort of fictional example and it will help you to understand how this works.

So imagine if you are the British and you live in a castle and you're being raided by the Vikings, and the Vikings are the bad guys. The Vikings are the ones that are trying to like come in and pillage you and do all the bad things. And in this example, this isn't really about politics or anything like that. But in this example, imagine that the Vikings are like the lower mind and the shadow. And then the British are, they're just trying to hang out in their castle and enjoy life and mind their own business.

And imagine that the Vikings are raiding the castle. They're coming to raid the castle and they're standing outside of the castle. And then imagine that one of the soldiers of the British, they accidentally make a mistake and they blast a hole in their own wall. They blast a hole in their own castle.

And then the Vikings see this and they're like, oh, that's kind of weird. And then the Vikings start to back off a little bit. And then the British, they see that the Vikings start to back off a little bit after they blasted a hole in their own castle. So the British go, oh wow, the Vikings are leaving

every time we blast a hole in our castle, the Vikings back off. So the British do it again. They blast another hole, and the Vikings go, oh, this is interesting every time we back off, the British are destroying their defenses. So the Vikings back off even more, and then the British do it again and they blast another hole.

And then after this one the Vikings are like, oh, okay, well you know what? We'll just leave. We'll just leave for now. Because they're just destroying their own defenses. And so we'll just leave. And then the British, they get super happy. They have this big high 'cause they think that they found this cheat code to defeat the Vikings.

They think, oh wow, if we just blow holes in our defense, it scares the Vikings away and so that's what we need to do to defeat the Vikings, but the Vikings aren't stupid. The Vikings notice this pattern, and then so they come back the next day and they do the same thing. They get really close and they scare the British, and then the British do it again.

They start blasting holes in their fortress. Then the Vikings leave, and then they do it again. And they keep doing this over and over again for several days until what happens is, the British have blasted so many holes in their castle. Their fortress is completely compromised, and then, but they have no fear because they think they know how to defeat the vikings.

All they have to do is blast holes in their fortress. But now that the fortress is so weak and compromised. This time when the British go to blast the hole, the Vikings don't leave. They don't leave. This time, they swarm the castle and they come in and they destroy the British and they do it so easily 'cause the British destroyed their defenses.

And this is what the lower mind does using the false corridor method. So the way that this works is. When someone begins, some, starts going down some sort of path or false corridor, which will lead to destruction and weakening of their system, the lower mind or the shadow, it will actually intentionally lift in those moments to give the human a very good expansive feeling.

It will lift so that when the human is doing the destructive thing, it gets this big high from it and it feels very good. And it, it the lower mind does this to bait the human in, into thinking that the false corridor into the destructive thing is not destructive, but actually productive and constructive.

And then what the lower mind does is it will keep doing this over and over again. The more that the human engages with the destructive

activity until the human has committed so much to the destructive activity and they formed it into an identity and a kind of behavior pattern that they've latched onto and formed a mental structure around. And then when the human is at its weakest, the lower mind stops lifting when it does the destructive activity, and then it comes on super hard and it hits the human with all types of invitations of contraction and pain and old, old energies, old lower frequency energies that it had saved up, that the human had given it in the past, and then it blasts the human with all of its lower frequencies at once.

And then what happens is the human gets confused because that destructive activity was giving them so much peace and resolution. So they, when they get all of that low frequency stuff coming on. If they don't understand how to transmute and heal lower frequencies, they cling to the destructive behavior pattern and they keep doing it more and more, and then they're in the cycle of suffering.

This is how we fall into cycles of suffering, and then we keep doing something which is weakening our shield. It's weakening our system, and it's, it's having destructive effects on our system. And then the lower mind is feeding off of it, and then it's blasting us with energy when we're the most vulnerable, and then to whatever degree that we react to those lower frequencies, to those fear-based energies that it hits us with,

all of that energy, it goes to the lower mind and the lower mind saves it to use again during the next most vulnerable moment. And this happens with all destructive behaviors. This happens like a very common example is when people self-harm, a lot of times when people do some type of self-harm, the lower mind will do this.

This happens with junk food. This is part of the reason why when you eat junk food, you, you get that initial high and it feels really good. It's 'cause the lower mind is doing this. The energetic parasites are like, oh, the human is hurting their self. So we'll pop off, we'll pop off and let the human feel really good when it's doing this until it gets addicted to it.

And then we'll come on super hard and we'll blast it with negativity. And yeah, it does this with junk food, with self harm, with toxic relationships are a big one. This happens a lot if two people are not really a good match for each other and they have a very high likelihood of, causing destruction and chaos within each other's lives.

The shadows of each other will kind of collaborate where they're like, okay, we'll both lift and we'll get these people to become super, super attached to each other. And then once they kind of become the most attached and they're, they get to that, they cross that threshold to where they're not really willing to end the relationship, at least like in that moment.

That's when the shadows will start coming on and they'll start feeding. And they'll start, like causing mayhem and destruction. And so yeah, it can happen with toxic relationships, toxic people, toxic jobs, low frequency content, and behavioral patterns.

And a very, very, very common one that happens with spiritual seekers is it does it with spiritual teachings and it does it with spiritual insights. So the way this plays out with spiritual insights is a lot of times if a student starts to hear some sort of spiritual teaching, which has the potential to like start this very long journey, this long, arduous journey of like seeking and effort and contraction

it's like all these spiritual teachings of things, like ideas that, you know, you have to suffer for thousands of lifetimes or you have to, do Kriya yoga for a hundred years, or you have to like do all of these like various contractive based things. When the student begins that practice, the lower mind will do that mechanism, it will pop off and it will give the students some genuine, very deep spiritual expansive experiences because all of the

lower frequencies lift and they, because, oh, I just stepped in mud. Ugh. Um, but so the, yeah, the lower mind will lift and it will pop off to give the student very deep spiritual, expansive experiences. And it will keep doing that the first few times that the student does the teaching or it would do it just enough to keep

baiting the student more and more and more into the teaching. And then when the student is most identified with the teaching, when they latch onto it the most, that's when the lower mind will like stop popping off, or it will only pop off the tiniest amount to give the student just enough inspiration, just enough expansion to where it refuses to let go of the teaching.

And then what it will do is anytime that the student considers to move on from the teaching or to try something else, the lower mind will hit them super hard with contraction and with its lower frequency energies that it's kind of harbored and built within. To then make the student think that they shouldn't move on from the teaching.

And then the next time that the student does the practice, it'll lift and it'll give the expansive experience so that the student is like, oh no, I definitely need to stay with this like kind of thing. And this plays out on all kinds of levels with all kinds of things. It doesn't just happen with the extreme sorts of

spiritual practice, like things like, you know, like the Buddhist idea that you have to suffer for thousands of lives or these things like these ideas that you have to do it for hundreds of years. Those are kinds of extreme examples, but the lower mind will constantly use this mechanism to varying degrees

to hijack and to distort absolutely anything it can. So it will even happen with very, very good high level teachings. Like this happens with, um David Bingham's teachings. So in my opinion, David Bingham is the most advanced spiritual teacher in the world. I've never found anyone that has the level of clarity and insight, and depth that he has.

And I've studied literally all of 'em. I've studied all of these guys. But this happens even with his teachings, which really, he teaches against this stuff and he teaches how to overcome this stuff, and his teachings don't really lead to contraction and this idea that you have to suffer for thousands of lives and all of these things.

But because of that. His teachings, the lower mind is absolutely terrified of them. The lower mind is absolutely does not want people to understand David's teachings. And David is my own teacher. Like I, I love David, I love him so much. But so this was something that would even happen with me with his teachings, where there would be certain lines of his, or certain parts of his teaching that when I misunderstood it and I was, kind of forming an identity around it, that's when my lower mind would lift and it would give me a genuinely very expansive experience.

And then that would make me think, wow, I'm having such a deep spiritual experience from this. This line is like it. This line is like so good and this line is gonna be my like new, like I love this line. Like this is how it is kind of thing. And an example of that is how like with David's whole thing of like effortless being, everything will just come to you, like life will just magically unfold in front of you.

You never have to lift a a finger kind of thing. When I first heard that the way that I misinterpreted that was that I should never do anything challenging and that if anything feels challenging or contractive that I just shouldn't do it. Um, and that sounds very nice. I mean, that sounds like very good.

And the first few times that I heard that line, my lower mind and shadow would completely lift and I would tap into these super deep spiritual states. And then, so I was like, latched on so much

to that teaching. But then the problem with this was is that it actually began to freeze me in place. It made me very kind of like locked up and frozen because I fell very strongly into avoidance. I started avoiding things that I didn't want to do. I started avoiding people, challenges,

responsibilities. 'cause my lower mind would say, oh, well that feels like contraction. That feels like effort so you just shouldn't do it. Or like with declining invitations, it makes it seem like if you don't want to do anything in life, say you don't want to get a job, then you can just decline that invitation and just say, no, I'm just not gonna get a job.

I'm just not gonna do anything challenging and it will all come to me. Um, and so I would do that and I would tap into these super deep spiritual experiences and I would be like, wow, this is amazing. But then what was happening was nothing in my life was progressing. I kept going deeper and deeper into contraction and into frozenness, and it was like this whole invisible web of identification and contraction was being formed in my mental space, and I had no idea that it was even happening because I was tapping into certain very deep spiritual experiences.

But then I was very confused because I would go from having these surreal, deep, expansive experiences, but then I wasn't having any significant transformation or unfoldment happening within my life. And what was happening there was the lower mind had ensnared me into this false corridor method.

It had. I had turned what he was saying, I had subtly misunderstood what he was saying. And then every time I was having that misunderstanding, my lower mind would lift and it would give me these deep spiritual experiences. And then, so it was like I was never willing to let go of that because I was like, oh no, this is how it has to be.

And I felt so amazing the first few times I hear this, so it has to be true. It felt so expansive. But it was a false corridor that was a trap. And because what you have to understand is that what effortless being is really referring to, it's not referring to just never engaging physical or mental or emotional effort like, because if you did that, you wouldn't even get out of bed in the morning.

You wouldn't even like brush your teeth or you wouldn't even go to your job, or if your kid made you mad, you just wouldn't take care of your kid. But that's not what effortless being means. What effortless being is referring to. It is referring to Vijnanamaya Kosha, which is the causal body, which is the transcendent body.

And what that means is that you can be effortless being even to the sense of effort, even to the sense of mental, emotional, or physical contraction. It's, it's referring to the transcendent effortlessness, and that's what non-dual consciousness is. That's living from the screen rather than from the content of the screen.

But the reason that that is so powerful is

it's, what I talk about in most of the videos on my channel is that when you abide from that causal layer, when you can be effortless being to the physical effort or to the mental effort or the emotional effort, that's how you disconnect your energy supply from

the contractions, from the flywheels, these energetic parasites which are keeping us stuck. When you can transcend them and engage with the activity from beingness, from effortless being, that's how you refine and expand the experience, and then that that's how you actually get things done in the physical world with the least amount of effort possible.

It's paradoxical because it's about this transcendent effortlessness. So it doesn't mean that you never engage effort, but what it does is when you live from this transcendent effortlessness, you actually do use very little effort in most situations, because the causal layer is the most energetically efficient

way of living. And also what's significant is when you're living from the causal layer, which is also isness, which is transcendent neutrality, which is the I am state like, which is the power of now, the present moment. It's what all of these teachers have referenced to varying degrees, but they get slightly distorted or misunderstood.

But when you live from the causal layer or the transcendent layer, which is your true nature. That's where you have access to your intuition and your inspiration and your intuition, and your inspiration is your inner guidance system, which guides you in terms of how to move through the relative world in the most productive and constructive and effortless ways possible.

That's how you move through reality in a way which is progressive and proactive, and it leads to genuine progression and unfoldment. But so that's what effortless being means. But it doesn't mean that you just never face challenges or you just never do anything that feels like effort. And

that's really key to understand this false corridor thing is keeping so many people trapped. It happens with dissociation a lot too, like when people, uh, suppress things and they dissociate from them. That's a false corridor too. Like when you dissociate, the lower mind will make you feel very, very expansive and high and you'll feel great.

But then what happens is you become addicted to suppressing and dissociating from things because you keep getting that high, but then you're not getting that genuine transformation and progression. You're just getting what I call temporary symptom soothing. You're just, it's soothing the symptoms 'cause you feel good in the moment.

But you're not getting that vertical level transformation. You're just being swung on the pendulum of highs to lows. Because even when the lower mind lifts and it gives you that high, it always has to feed, it always has to feed on fear and contraction. So when you're most vulnerable, it comes crashing down and swinging the other way.

And so this keeps a lot of people trapped. A lot of times when they misunderstand some sort of insight or they're being told some sort of false insight or there's some potential false corridor for them to go down, the lower mind will bait them into that by lifting and giving them false expansive experiences, which are pendulum based.

And then later on after they've latched onto it, it will stop doing that and it will start feeding. And yeah this happens with so many things. Again, it happens with junk food, with toxic relationships, with self harm, with non-productive behaviors and patterns. It happens with drugs. Drugs are a very big one.

And psychedelics too, like plant medicine and that kind of thing. And I don't mean to like poo poo plant medicine, like I've had amazing experiences from shrooms and LSD. And various types of psychedelics, like those things were very, very transformative for me. But those can turn into a massive trap for people too, because

it's the same with like weed too. Weed is a big one. Like, because what these plant medicines do is they do open your energy up to have insights and transformations and progressions, but anytime we're taking some sort of external substance to attain to these higher levels, it always comes with a cost.

There's always a kind of trade off that happens with that. And if you do it very responsibly, responsibly and consciously, you can do it in a way, certain times where it ends up being net productive, even regardless of the trade off. Like in my case, the first few times I did it did those things, it was definitely net productive.

It really helped me a lot. But then what began to happen was my lower mind began to turn that into a false corridor. I began to try to do those things over and over again, and my lower mind would give me just enough insight, just enough expansion to make me want to keep doing

it, but then it would also come on and it would give me horrible contractive experiences during the trips when I was most vulnerable because it allowed for maximum opportunity of feeding and of mental hijacking and, and problems arising. And so that's something to be very conscious about. Plant medicine can be a very big trap.

You don't need plant medicine to heal, like it's really not necessary like life. Life itself is the ayahuasca trip. Like life itself is the greatest trip there is. So you don't need to be tripping within a trip to like heal and have insights. You can maybe do it like a handful of times in your life if it's just like expansive and you do it very consciously and responsibly, but you don't want to turn it into a crutch.

You don't want to to turn it into something which you're relying on because it will turn into a false corridor. And it can have very catastrophic effects on your psyche and on your brain. Like these substances, they can deteriorate elements of your brain and of your psyche. Which can create all kinds of problems.

A lot of people will have psychotic breakdowns for these, from these things. Or what will happen is it can overly thin the kind of veil that your brain uses to separate you between the conscious and the unconscious and between the, the normal aspects of the human experience.

It can overly thin that veil to where you start taking in too much information, you're taking in too much insights, and then you start seeing all kinds of entities and like all kinds of like, very, like crazy out there things, and it can kind of seem expansive and good, but a lot of the times it can end up causing problems because it's like you're taking in more information and more insight

than the body is in the place to integrate and to truly process and, and to truly benefit from. And so it's almost like you're taking in more than you can integrate, and then it can be net destructive. And then it can be in a very alluring trap because the lower mind will keep telling you like, oh no, you just need to do one more ayahuasca trip or you just need to keep engaging with the, the shroom medicine, or you just need to keep smoking weed or you like whatever it is.

But like that can be an alluring trap, and it can create all kinds of problems. It can create emotional dysregulation, problems with your energy body, nervous system dysregulation. And it also, what happens is you begin to rely on external crutches. Like you shouldn't need anything external to regulate yourself or to find harmony and peace within. That can happen on its own completely effortlessly when you aren't becoming addicted or latched onto various external forms of regulation or

like resolution and insights. And so yeah, that's very important to see like you don't need anything external to transform and heal. All you need is to engage with the alchemy of life. And the alchemy of life is showing up to life and facing the challenges and the sticking points and the things that you're having in your life in that present moment.

It's like some people like, like a simple example of how this could play out. Is say someone has a lot of money problems and secretly, internally, they have a lot of resistance to applying for jobs or to sharpening their resume or to, you know, doing the kind of normal human things that a lot of spiritual people don't want to do.

Like they may have resistance to, like prepping for an interview or engaging with the challenges that are necessary for like growing in a career. Um, so what the lower mind could try to do is it will bait that person in, into, instead of facing those challenges and engaging with the alchemy of life, the lower mind will be like, oh no, you just need to do ayahuasca.

Ayahuasca will give you the insights and the expansion that you need, or you need to smoke a little DMT. And then what will happen is the first time that the person does it, the whole shadow will lift. The whole lower mind will lift and it will give them some genuine, very expansive opportunities or expansive moments, and it will, it may even continue lifting after it.

The, the shadow will intentionally not feed. The shadow will fast for the purpose getting the human to really idolize and, and, and attach this big, you know, golden cow to the ayahuasca, like thinking the ayahuasca is so amazing. So then maybe the person will have some financial resolution come in because the shadow lifted and so their energy is flowing and so yeah, they, they may have some, like, you know, big little financial boosts come in.

Then the person having had that progress and had that big expansive experience, they will fall in love with Ayahuasca or with the DMT and they'll think this is amazing. But then what happens is that turns into their next crutch that turns into their next external symbol of safety, the next external savior that they're latching onto.

And then so they become addicted to it. They, they keep thinking, oh, well every time I have a problem, I just need to do some ayahuasca, or I just need to do some DMT or whatever it may be. Um, but then the lower mind will give them, it will titrate the expansion and it will give them less and less expansion, to a point to where they're not having any expansion from it at all.

And then a lot of times the person will just think, oh, I just need to do it even more. I just need to keep going. But then the whole time it's weakening their system. It's thinning this veil and it's creating problems in their system and it's messing with their natural integration and evolutionary processes.

And then so they're becoming even more of a mess. They're becoming even more weak. And then, so the, the, at the moments when the person is the most weak, all of that energy, the lower mind comes blasting down and hits 'em super hard and they end up like, ruining their life or something. Or they have a psychotic breakdown or they like

go into a series of contractions that just completely sabotages and ruins their life. And it's because this person was getting strung along into a false corridor. They weren't having genuine vertical transformation and ascension. They were just getting swung up on this pendulum up and up and up and up and up.

And then right when they're at their most vulnerable, the lower mind comes crashing down and they swing the other way and they swing into hell. And then because they haven't had this integration. And they're so addicted to external forms of progression, they don't know how to deal with it, and they end up ruining their life.

And this can happen with all kinds of things but yeah, it's, uh, it, it's something to be aware of it. Be aware of the false corridor method and understand that you don't need anything external to heal you or to transmute your energies. You just need to engage with the alchemy of life.

Life will automatically serve you the challenges and the resistances that is of your benefit to integrate and to work on, and which will lead to the greatest grounded embodied transformation. And to take it back to that psychedelic example, it's like that person, that person didn't need to do ayahuasca and go on this whole big crazy journey, what they needed to do

was face those little challenges and fears they had to applying for a job to sharpening their resume, to facing those fears, which are actually much less bad than the psychotic breakdown or the horrible life challenge that they ended up going through that the pendulum ended up swinging them into. If they had just

engaged with the alchemy of life and faced those simple little fears and challenges as they arose. That's how you ascend in a way which is balanced and integrated and which doesn't, isn't, isn't pendulum based because when you ascend vertically, there's always the potential for horizontal movement. Like

even when you're ascending vertically, you can still have good days and you can have bad days. But the difference is when you're ascending vertically, what happens is you go up and up and up, and so as you go up, even your low point. As you go up, it's still better than your highest point when you were at a lower level of the vertical integration because it's like as you transform and you have that vertical ascension again, even when you have a bad day.

That bad day may even still be better than your best of your best day when your vertical pendulum was like down here, because then it's only swinging say this high. And so yeah, it's like you want to be transforming vertically. You want to be ascending. You don't want to just be having temporary highs and lows.

And that's been my experience. That's been my transformation process. Like I'm not lying when I say literally the worst of the worst of the worst day that I've had in say, the past three to five years. Is not even close to as painful as the best of my best of my best day in my childhood. Like literally my lowest point that I could possibly have

like I've gone through things like losing significant relationships, having big financial problems, like trips to the ER, like, all kinds of, all kinds of problems like confronting my childhood sexual abuser, like very intense nervous system dysregulation*. Even all of those challenges, even the worst that I felt in say these past like three to five years, I was still feeling a thousand times better than I felt during the best moment that I ever had as a kid, because as a kid vertically I was way down here, whereas

as I began this vertical ascension process and I started engaging with the alchemy of life. Now my vertical point is, say way up here. So even when I have a low point, it's still way, way higher than this like vertical pendulum down here. 'cause I've ascended vertically so much. And I've had so much genuine transformation.

And that's how it should be like you shouldn't just be swinging from highs to lows from this process. When you engage with the alchemy of life and you transmute your energies through following the process that I talk about, which is being with your challenging energies from effortless being or flowing isness or transcendent neutrality, or the causal body.

That's how you refine and transform the energies and you integrate them and you disintegrate the barriers of falsity, the barriers of disintegration, the, the, the, the lower frequency energies. That's how you disintegrate those. Then you vertically ascend, and then that's how you don't just keep regressing.

Like for me, I don't, I don't have really regressions, like again, I have better days and I have worse days, but in general, it is just up and up and up and up and up. And I'm not like going back down here. It is genuine vertical ascension. And it's very palpable. Like it's not just in distinction from, say

the past five years compared to my childhood, even compared from today, compared to six months ago it's like that. The ascension isn't quite as drastic, but it's still like that. Like even my lowest or my lowest day now is. Uh, much, uh, it's of a much higher caliber than my lowest of my lowest day, say six months ago or a year ago, and so on.

Because I'm having that vertical ascension process, I'm actually engaging with the alchemy of life, and I'm not becoming dependent on external crutches. I'm doing that inner integration, that inner unfoldment. And that's what spiritual ascension should be. Like it shouldn't be this like rollercoaster of like ups and downs, that would be a sign that you're getting swung on a pendulum and you're probably getting, led down false corridors and you're probably right where the lower mind wants you.

But yeah, I hope it's helpful for people. I hope people can understand this mechanism, and I'm gonna keep putting out more videos to clarify the different strategies and mechanisms that the collective shadow uses. Some of the other ones are things like the hijacking method.

Dumping the baby out with the bath water. That's a big one. And yeah, there's a handful of them it's not, it's not that many. There's kind of a few main ones that the lower mind really preys on. Really the hijacking method and the false corridor method.

Those are probably the two big two, that really, is trapping humanity. But yeah, but, and yeah, and don't bite that bait that your lower mind is gonna send you to get super fearful after seeing this video. 'cause what's gonna happen, if you're watching this, your lower mind is gonna use this. It's gonna try to hijack this video into telling you something like, oh my God, I've been going down a false corridor.

And so I need to get really upset and contracted, if you're watching this video, you're probably already way up here and you probably are getting led down some certain false corridors and having your progress impeded, but don't let your lower mind hijack this video the way it tries to hijack everything into turning this into a big invitation of fear or self doubt or that kind of thing.

Just take the insight, take the understanding, and use it to your advantage and use it for expansion and start to recognize how these false corridors play out. It plays out with everything. It's like I said, junk food is a big one. All types of destructive behaviors and patterns, like things like, binge watching, like social media or things like gossiping, like that's one.

Or like spiritual seeking can be a big one. Like we can become addicted to spiritual seeking, like again, drugs. And really, it's funny, it's kind of all the stuff that deep down we know we really shouldn't be doing. It's like deep down when you're a kid, even when you're young, you kind of know that you shouldn't do this stuff.

But we we're, our lower mind is so good at rationalizing and coping as to why we should do these destructive behaviors, and then we get those false highs from them. So we become addicted to them. But at the end of the day. It's like deep down, you know what you should or shouldn't be doing and you know where you're being led to engage with the alchemy of life.

Like when I was in that phase of like misunderstanding, uh, David's teachings and just like avoiding challenges and avoiding getting a career or avoiding making money deep down I knew that I needed to make money. Deep down, I knew that like something wasn't right, but I was just, I kept riding this high.

I kept having these big, expansive experiences and I was addicted to it, but it's like deep down, I knew I was avoiding stuff and I knew I was resisting certain things. But once I started to face those and I started to engage with the alchemy of life, and I started to be with my fears and with my challenging energies from flowing isness from the causal body.

Very quickly I started to have very significant transformation and progress, and then all of those things that I wanted started to come. That's when you get the genuine manifestation and progression is when you're actually vertically ascending. That's when the universe or your higher self blesses you because it's like your higher self is like finally, finally he's on the right path.

Finally she's like vertically ascending and she's not going down false corridors. And then that's when you start to be blessed with like synchronicities and opportunities. And it starts to feel like your life is on track. It's like, now I feel on a deep, heartfelt level that I am living my highest path.

I am exactly where I'm supposed to be and every single day I do exactly what my highest self wants to do. This is my pride and joy and purpose, and I don't have a shred of doubt in my mind like I am so confident

and secure with where I'm at. But when I was in that other phase of avoiding things and like trying to do psychedelics or trying to like going down the false corridors. I didn't feel that secure. I didn't feel that confident. Deep down I had this insecurity and things just didn't feel right, and then that insecurity kept getting hijacked

into me latching on to even more false corridors. And to me chasing things even more when it's like deep down I just needed to face my challenges, face the things I was avoiding engage with that internal alchemy, that alchemy of life. And that's when I got back on track. That's when I got back to my highest purpose.

And that's when my life started falling into place. And yeah, and it's so funny. It's funny 'cause in a way, in the deepest sense, it is all grace. Like on one end, the lower mind is trying to get you, and it's trying to feed on suffering and fear. But the beautiful thing was, is the more I went into suffering and fear and contraction, it put this fire under me.

It ignited me and it, it made me so, it, it pushed me towards my highest path because that is the highest purpose of suffering. It's like our, it's like our highest nature is screaming at us that something is not right. Like you're not on your highest path. And there's been some type of misstep, there's been some type of misunderstanding.

But when you start to get back on track and you start to be more aligned and congruent. That's when the suffering starts to go away. And then that's when you start to get those things that you were always looking for. That's when you start to live your dream life and you start to feel like you are the person that you always dreamed of.

And it feels limitless. It feels like the, the, the, the cosmos is the limit. There is no limit. It's infinite potential. And it's not just an idea or a pendulum based high. It's deep and embodied and grounded. and that's the best life experience you can have. That's what it's all about. And so, yeah, that's my advice.

Don't get strung down false corridors. Engage with the alchemy of life. And yeah, live the life of your dreams. Spirituality, it's about living the life of your dreams. It's not about saying life doesn't matter or it's all illusion. It should be, you should be the highest version of yourself and you should feel secure and confident with who you are.

You should feel embodied and grounded and yeah, it's, that's what it's about. It's about freedom and felt liberation,
