Transmuting Brain Fog, Expanding Memory, Refining Mental Processing
One of the first things that I did back in 2019 when I had my big awakening and I saw the primordial mechanism of energetic transformation, was I very quickly transmuted pretty much all of my brain fog and like resistances within my mental structure and my brain. Um, and I also very greatly improved my memory, which connects to the brain fog and the mental resistances.
And it was such a kind of subtle and actually effortless and easy thing that I completely forgot about it for a long time. And I think a lot of people on this path haven't yet done that 'cause they just haven't noticed that it's possible. And when I say subtle, I mean in the sense that it can happen very, very quickly and easily, but it's not subtle in the sense that it can have
pro it can have a profound impact on your life because if you can sharpen your mind and improve your mental functioning and improve your memory, it's extremely practical and useful. But yeah, you can actually do that very, very quickly and easily through following my formula of flowing isness, which is the transcendent element, which is the feminine element combined with focus slash attention slash intention, which is the masculine element.
And when you combine those two, you give birth to energetic progression. You give birth to energetic transformation. And that's the mechanism of energetic transformation. That's how all transformation happens. But so the way that I transmuted my brain fog and I improved my memory was I basically noticed how, say I was going to sign up for something online and I had to fill out one of those like confirmation codes that would have like seven numbers, to it or something, seven or eight numbers.
I noticed how when I would go to look at the number and then I would try to remember it and then I would try to punch it into the thing. I noticed how, first of all, I would have to end up checking the number like four or five or six times. 'cause I would only be able to remember like three digits at a time confidently.
Um, and then I would keep doubting myself and like rechecking and that kind of thing. Um, but basically I noticed how I had a lot of doubt and resistance to my own memory and to my own mental functioning. And I noticed that I didn't have to actually succumb to that doubt and to that mental resistance.
So what I would do is while I was looking at the number and I was going to kind of like remember it and then punch it into, uh, the, the confirmation box. I would transcend those contractive urges by staying with the flowing isness. So I would focus on doing the activity, but then I would transcend those contractive urges and I just wouldn't succumb to that urge to doubt myself and to plug into the second guessing and the mental resistance, around memorizing the number.
And then what happened was. I could literally just remember the whole number in one go, but it would be weird because it would feel like I wasn't even remembering it. It was like basically what I was doing was I was trying to do the process in the most effortless way possible. I, I would, instead of like focusing really hard on memorizing the number and then trying to
yeah, like second guess myself and like recheck and make sure everything's right. I would basically just give myself permission to just do it effortlessly. I would just look at the number. I would read it like one time, and then I would just then go to the confirmation box and I would just type in what felt right.
I would just allow it to flow out of me rather than succumbing to that urge to doubt my mental processes and to second guess myself basically. And then what I found was. I would actually get the number right. I would enter all of the numbers correctly, or maybe I would get like one number wrong or something.
But the more I did this, the more I started to build confidence and I realized that I could actually remember very long strings of numbers completely effortlessly if I just trusted myself. And I didn't succumb to those contractive urges. If I just flowed from the flowing isness. I stayed on that causal transcendent layer.
And then what happened was, the more that I did this, the more confident I was in my ability to do that. Um, and then it just became second nature. It just became completely normal. I wouldn't even have those invitations into second guessing or contraction showing up. They just dissolved away completely.
And then that became my new kind of baseline of mental operating. And it was really amazing. It was like, I would also experience, um, I probably couldn't do this now 'cause I don't do much online shopping, but back then I would buy things online more often. And I noticed I could do it with my debit card too.
Like after I did this, I just very quickly memorized my entire, like 12 digit debit card number plus the expiration date plus the CVC code on the back. Because I just stopped succumbing to those mental contractive urges of doubting myself. And I would just trust myself. I would just flow from what felt right, um, and I would just flow from the flowing isness.
And basically what I noticed was when my mental headspace wasn't all clogged up with all these mental resistances and second guessing and doubting myself, it's like the headspace was clear. And so it was like I could look at a number, look at it one time, and then I could repeat the number in full, completely smoothly and effortlessly because it was like there was no longer all of those little mental residues
which were coming in and creating fog and doubt and haziness and all of these things. And then I was much more easily able to memorize things completely effortlessly because like with my debit card, that memory was no longer getting tainted and corrupted with all the fear-based energies of doubt and resistance and all of these kinds of things.
Um, so I would just engage with the mental process from flowing isness or transcendent neutrality, which are the same thing, or effortless, impersonal being, if you're a David Bingham fan, uh, the, like, all of these words mean the same thing. It's, it's that transcendent causal layer. It's the screen layer rather than
being focused on the content of the movie. Because if you're not in touch with the screen layer, you're not in touch with that transcendent layer. What will happen is you will always stick to and snag to the content of the movie. And so the content of the movie in this case was like my own mental doubt and fears and second guessing myself, which would actually just pollute my mental space.
And that's the source of things like brain fog and having a hard time memorizing things. But you should actually really, yeah, like when you clean this up, you can look at like a 12 digit number one time, read through it one time, and then close your eyes and repeat it completely effortlessly. But you just have to trust yourself and not succumb to those contractive urges.
And it is something that you get better at. But the thing is, the more subtle the energies, the more quickly and easily they can be transmuted and transformed and mental energies are the most subtle of energies. And so they can actually, you can very rapidly transmute brain fog and issues in your mental processes, through this formula of focus plus transcendence.
Um, and it's like I said, like I would just focus on the activity, say it's memorizing the number, but I would just do it from the flowing isness. From the transcendence, and then
very quickly, I transmuted those contractive urges and now I don't even have any second guessing with my mental processes 'cause I just completely transmuted those, those urges, those contractive urges, those invitations. Um, and yeah, it was very, very powerful because that was something I always struggled with.
I was always kind of naturally smart. But I had a hard time memorizing anything. Especially for like school stuff. I could never memorize stuff. But what it was, it was because my mind was working against me. I would doubt myself and I had so much mental pollution and not just doubt about the particular activity, but also just self-doubt about all kinds of things.
I would be uh, focused on other forms of mental contraction, like self-judgment or, or seeking for approval or like blame and shame and like all of the kind of classic mental contractions that people fall into, like complaining or just basically varying forms of mental resistance. But what happens is,
the more of those kinds of mental processes that you are consenting to and allowing to pollute your head space, it creates mental distortions, lack of memory, mental dullness, et cetera. But you can actually transmute this stuff very, very quickly and effortlessly through this formula. It's through just not succumbing to those contractive urges, those mental resistances and just flowing through them from the flowing isness.
Um and yeah, and that's very, very powerful. And related to that, it's important to see that nothing about non-duality or going to no mind mode or the in-between state or whatever you want to call it, nothing about that should be making your brain or your mind function worse. Your mind should actually be becoming laser sharp through this, like your mind becomes much more efficient, much more efficient at processing information much
clearer and more refined memory, and just better all around. And the reason for this is, is when you're actually living from the causal layer or the transcendent layer, again, you're transmuting energies, you're refining and sharpening energies, so your mind should actually be becoming extremely sharp and dialed in and precise through this.
If you're, um i've heard some people say that they'll start to have like memory issues or things following, uh, getting into this kind of thing. And that would be a sign that something is not quite right, that would be a sign that you're dissociating, or most likely what's happening is you're creating a lot of inner mental resistance on a level subtler than words, and then you're thinking to yourself that thoughts
only exist in the form of words because this is a very common trap that non-dual people fall into. They think that if you're not having thoughts in the form of words, that you're not having mental activity, but this is completely untrue. Thoughts in the form of words, actually make up a very small portion of mental activity.
Um. Thoughts in the form of words, they're like the very tip of the iceberg. They make up maybe 5% of your mental activity, but the vast majority of your mental activity is happening on the subconscious level. And the subconscious level does not mean that it's inaccessible or it's this like deep, crazy thing that you have to dig for or something. Most people have
severely misunderstood what the subconscious is, or people will say like, the subconscious is the womb of creation, or like stuff like that. It's not what the subconscious is. The subconscious is all of your mental activity, which is happening on a level subtler than words. So this is things like angles of thinking, perspectives, viewpoints, mental framing, mental context,
belief systems, basically any type of mental energy whatsoever, which is happening on a level subtler than words. And this makes up the bulk of mental activity. Um, and a big trap that the spiritual, non-dual people will fall into is they will kind of banish the thoughts in the form of words, or they'll suppress them or they will be like getting rid of them through some sort of method, and then they'll be thinking that they're just not having any mental activity.
But the key thing to see is that
most of your mental activity doesn't happen on the level of words. It happens in, like I said these angles of thinking, these perspectives, these contexts, the framing that you're taking on the present moment and on the stuff around you. And what begins to happen if people, if you're having things like amnesia or memory issues
from non-duality or from spirituality, probably what's happening is you're forming a lot of inner mental resistance and mental barriers, which are on that level subtler than words, and then the mental resistance and the barriers. That may be how you're kind of like suppressing thoughts or thinking that you're getting rid of thoughts.
But then it's a very elusive trap because if you're suppressing thoughts or like trying to make thoughts go away rather than transcending thoughts, which is how the real transformation happens. But if you're suppressing thoughts or putting some very subtle mental effort into getting rid of thoughts, you can start to adopt all of these mental resistances and barriers and, uh, like mental haziness and fog, which will
be within your head space, it will be within your mental, mental space. And then that's what can create like the memory issues or the floatiness or like the amnesia, or it can feel like your mind is becoming duller. Because what creates dullness in the mind is having gross, heavy, resistant based energies within the mind, which is polluting the head space, and then creating that, that lack of sharpness, that lack of refinement, and it creates things like incoherence and lack of harmony, and problems within the system.
But the way that you, again, that you sharpen and clear up the mind is by transmuting these mental resistances, these mental fear-based perspectives and context and subconscious programming. You transmute those by not succumbing to the contractive urge to plug into them. And by transcending them from flowing isness.
What happens when you transcend contractive urges is that's how you disconnect your energy supply from them. And then that's how they transform and they heal and it happens completely effortlessly. That's the key is that the path to expansion or the path to transformation is less energy. It's not more energy.
Like you don't get rid of brain fog through mental effort. Like you don't, you don't like try to exercise your mind or like try really hard to, or even try on a very subtle level to fix it because if you're putting in an effort into it, that's actually just more mental resistance, which will just create more mental pollution and issues.
You do it through effortless being, which is the causal layer, which is the flowing isness. And when you can be the flowing isness to your mental processes and transcend those contractive urges. That's how you transmute the head space. That's how you transmute your mental energies. And that's how you really clean up your mind and brain.
And yeah, you can do this very quickly. You can have like an extremely high level brain, uh, through this because a lot of mental problems, like a lot of people who think that they have a ADHD or OCD and like all of these like kinds of, uh, neuro neuroses, and like these neurotic patterns. It comes from this mental pollution.
and these mental contractive urges that we keep snagging on and we're basically stuck in repetitive reactive loops. And it feels like we have issues with focus or with memory or with these kinds of things. It's 'cause the mind is so kinked up. It has so many contortions and constrictions within it, which is preventing everything from flowing very harmoniously and smoothly and on a very, like, refined and high level.
But yeah, you can very quickly clean this up through the flowing isness by focusing on those subtle mental patterns. Notice as you're like doing something with your mind. Notice that urge to kind of want to doubt yourself or to contract on some subtle mental level, and then just don't succumb to that urge.
Don't succumb to that urge to stick to the contraction. Just flow through it from the flowing isness, from that transcendent level. And it may not happen perfectly at first, it was like the first couple times that I did this, I would still maybe have a little bit of doubt or I wouldn't quite memorize the number perfectly.
But the more I did it and the less I succame to those contractive urges. The quicker things sharpened and refined. And then very quickly it got better and it took on impressive feats that I never even thought I would be able to do. Like I never understood how some people could have such a good memory.
And this is what it is. It's when your mind isn't polluted with all of these mental contractions. It's like your mind is like clean and pristine. And then so say you read a 12 digit number, that 12 digit number just stays there. It just stays there. Unpolluted undistorted by any mental contortions. And then so you're very effortlessly able to recite it, and you're very effortlessly able to,
flow mental processes into speech, because that's a big one too, is people will get frozen around their speech where it's like they may be able to think about something but they have a hard time speaking it or writing it down. But you can transmute that too. You transmute that through this exact same process through being with that activity from the flowing isness and not succumbing to those urges to doubt yourself.
Or to contract or to do this or that. Just, just trust yourself, just trust yourself to flow. And the more that you can do that, the quicker you will refine and clear up the energies. And it can change your life. It can have a very profound impact. And life is so much better with a clean mind like.
And it's, uh, it's so nice to have a very powerful mind. Like a lot of non-dual people think that they just want to get rid of their mind. But the thing is, you're never gonna get rid of the mind. You can either dull and suppress and contort the mind, or you can sharpen and refine and empower it. And my recommendation would be to sharpen and refine and empower it, um, from the flowing isness.
And then also what that does is. It enables you to use the mind rather than being used by the mind, because that's what non-duality is all about. That's what no mind mode is all about. It's not about never using the mind or saying that all concepts are bad, like lots of concepts are useful and good, like you want to have
concepts and subconscious programming and all kinds of mental processes. You just don't want to have mental processes and programming, which is based on fear and lack and contraction, which is keeping you stuck. But any word that you could possibly use, that's always a concept. That's always a mental process, and we obviously don't want to get rid of language.
Like language is very good and empowering and useful. Or like another simple example I'll give to people that kind of get stuck in that thing of saying like, oh, all concepts are bad. Concepts are counter to non-duality. A simple concept is the idea that you should wear clothes in public. That's a concept, but you don't wanna get rid of that concept.
I mean, you can if you want, but, that one example highlights how there's lots and lots of concepts that we have which are actually productive and useful. Um, so you don't want to get rid of all mental concepts or processes. You just want to transmute the ones which are based on contraction and fear and falsity.
Which create distortions and contortions and constrictions within your mental space. But yeah, the more you transmute this stuff, your mind will become laser sharp. It will become super dialed in. You won't doubt yourself. You'll be able to speak like very clearly and precisely the more you refine this, and your mind will be like super coherent and harmonious, and you'll find yourself remembering things and understanding and integrating knowledges extremely quickly and smoothly, like it doesn't have to be this rigid, bumpy process where you're putting in effort to learn stuff.
The more cleaned up your mind is you actually learn things very quickly and smoothly and effortlessly. The only thing that seemingly stops that is all of these mental distortions and contractions, which we are snagging on without even realizing it because it's such a subtle thing. It's like with the subconscious programming and with these thoughts subtler than words.
You can't see 'em, you can't smell 'em, you can't touch 'em, you can't hear 'em. Like, they're very, very, very subtle. But what you can do is you can sense them in the same way that you sense a thought, like you're aware of a thought, you can be aware of the mental resistances. A lot of people will kind of do that thing where they're like, oh, well, anytime I look for the thoughts, they just disappear.
And so I just can't, I can't ever find the thoughts. That's obviously not true. Like if you're aware of your thoughts, that's you finding the thoughts, like the awareness of the thought is the thought. It is true if you kind of try to focus on the thought, the thought will disappear, but all that's happening there is you're basically replacing the thought with a more subtle mental structure of focusing on the thought.
And then that mental structure is there, and then it's telling you, oh, well I can't see the thoughts. But that whole thing is a mental structure. That is a subconscious activity, that's a, a mental activity, which is subtler than words. Um, and it's obviously there, like when you actually think about this.
And you notice what I'm saying, it's very obvious. You can see how at any moment you can tell what sorts of mental framing or mental context or perspectives you have running in the present moment. Like another common one that I'll give, which is a good one that you wouldn't want to get rid of is like if you're at the grocery store, you want to have the mental context running that says
i'm at the grocery store, like, that's good. And you want to have the context running, which basically says something like, I'm looking for this, this, and this. And this is where it's located in the store. And so this is like where I'm going to like achieve this goal. And that entire mental process, it's a kind of subconscious programming.
Which is happening on a level subtler than words, but it's still a mental structure, and that's very useful and practical. It's like if we didn't have thoughts subtler than words, then you would have to constantly remind yourself in the form of words what you're doing in any present moment. It's like you would have to go to the grocery store and keep saying over and over again.
I'm in the grocery store. I'm in the grocery store, I'm in the grocery store. But you don't have to do that because your mind effortlessly knows how to use subconscious programming and to use mental structure for practical purposes, and in ways that benefit you. And that's not even something that you have to learn.
It just comes instinctively, naturally. The only thing that you have to learn is how to transmute the low frequency mental processes, like the fear-based subconscious programming, which is running in the background, which is keeping you stuck. That's the part that non-duality is really about, it's getting rid of the fear, false based mental structures, which create energetic stagnation and problems.
And again, that happens from the flowing isness, but it can happen very easily and quickly, like the, the mental processes can be refined very quickly. It's just, it's a little elusive because again, they're not quite as obvious as physical stuff or
even emotional stuff. 'cause physical and emotional energies, they're much more dense than mental energies. And so they feel more palpable. 'cause the more dense an energy is, it's, um, very perceivable. It's, it's very, apparent because it's so dense and heavy that it's, yeah, very like energetically palpable.
So the mental processes can seem a little bit trickier in a way to catch and transmute, but it's actually good. It's actually good that they're so subtle because the more subtle something is, the more quickly and effortlessly that it can be transmuted, because it's so, it's so subtle. It doesn't have that density and heaviness to it.
Even the mental contractions are still much subtler than things like emotional contractions or physical contractions. And so they can be transmuted very quickly through this formula of focus slash attention slash intention merged with transcendence. that's the formula of all energetic progression and that's how the universe is created. Because attention or intention that is the root tension that is like the root masculine contraction
that merges with the transcendent womb of the universe, the transcendent unmanifest absolute. That root a-ttention merges with that transcendent feminine level. And that's what gives birth to the first primordial structures of the universe. It begins with the primordial masculine and the primordial feminine, which is again, the absolute, which is the transcendence, which is the isness.
And then the masculine urge of desire and attention and intention. It focuses on something that it wants to create, and then it takes that focus and it merges it with the womb of the absolute of that transcendent layer. And then it gives birth to the creation. And this is the primordial mechanism of transformation.
This is how anytime energy evolves and progresses and we have creation, new new creativity is given birth to energetically. It happens through this formula. It's just such a subtle and simple thing that it goes completely overlooked. No one ever really notices when this is happening, but this is how it happens.
This is, it's through that primordial mechanism. Um, but, so yeah, that's how you transmute brain fog and improve your memory. And you can do it very quickly and easily. Your mind should be laser sharp. It should be sharp and clear and pristine. And yeah, it's good to know and to tune into. I hope you enjoy.
Another example I want to give that may help you guys to understand these mental processes, which are subtler than words, is to look at how you move your physical body. Like when you make a choice to move your physical body, say in this moment you choose to move your arm. The choice to move your arm.
That's a mental process. And it happens on a level subtler than words. In order to move your arm or to move your leg, you don't have to say in the form of words, okay, I'm gonna move my arm. It's just a mental process that you instinctually know how to activate. And it happens instantly. It's very just subtle and effortless and instant.
And yeah, that's just one example. Like there's lots and lots and lots of mental processes that we're engaging with all the time that are subtler than words. And they have a substance. They have an energy to them, and energy to them is mental energy, and they're subtler than words. It's so important to understand
that thoughts do not end in words. Words* make up a tiny little fraction of mental activity, and they're not really what impacts anything. Like your thoughts in the form of words is not what is structuring and creating your reality. It's your subconscious. It's your subconscious programming, which is these mental processes which are subtler than words, which is things like the context and the perspectives and the angles of thinking.
It's all of the mental processes which are subtler than words. This is what is shaping your perspective and your viewpoints. And the way that you interact with the 3D reality, it's these subtle mental processes. And that's what No Mind or non-duality or spirituality is all about. It's about noticing these subtle mental processes, the, the fear based ones, the ones which are based on fear and lack and falsity.
And relinquishing those, transmuting those by transcending them, by recognizing that you are prior to them, that those are a part of the movie. But what you ultimately are is the screen. And the screen is the movie, and the movie is the screen, but the screen transcends the movie. And when you know yourself to be the screen, you can transcend the mental contractive urges.
And that's how you disconnect your energy supply from them, which allows them to effortlessly transmute and transform, and to become better, to refine and expand. And so yeah, it's very important to see that thoughts in the form of words are not, that's not what matters here. It's not really about that.
It's about the subconscious and most of the information, pretty much all of the information in spirituality and in manifesting and all of it, the information about the subconscious is complete bullshit. Like people don't know what they're talking about when they talk about the subconscious.
Because the lower mind has done everything it can to keep this information hidden and to keep it from being unveiled into the collective consciousness. Because once people see this, it will change everything. It will change the world, because this is a huge missing link for spiritual teachers.
Spiritual teachers are perpetuating this idea that thoughts only exist as words and they just don't. You can change your thoughts in the form of words, and it won't really do much of anything because the thoughts in the form of words, again, they're like the little itty bitty tip of the iceberg. The way that you change your energy and you change your life
is by transforming the subconscious, the mental activity, which is subtler than words. That's the mental resistance and the mental barriers and the mental falsity, which is keeping you stuck. And that's where the thoughts in the form of words flow from. The thoughts in the form of words flow from the mental context.
It's like, again, if you're in the grocery store and you have the context running that says, I'm in the grocery store and this is what I'm doing, you're probably gonna have thoughts about being in the grocery store. Like the thoughts in the form of words they flow from the context, they flow from the subconscious.
And so it doesn't really do anything to be saying affirmations or to like be putting a lot of effort into changing your thoughts in the form of words. What creates the transformation and the progression is through transforming these more subtle mental processes, relinquishing those and transcending and therefore transforming those.
And that's how you clear up your head space and you have that mental energetic transformation. And then the thoughts in the form of words effortlessly change, and that's when they change on their own without you trying to, or without you like having to repeat affirmations or anything like that. But yeah, that's really key to understand.
